Ordering, Billing and Payment

Procedure: Online ordering has come to Techzam.com. To place
an online order, you will need to register for a Techzam online account. Shop
online and add items to your shopping cart by clicking the “Buy Now” button
located in the product listing. When you have finished selecting items,
click the "Checkout" button in your shopping cart. Select your
shipping requirements, complete your billing and shipping information, then confirm payment information.

Payment Methods and Refunds: Techzam currently accepts only
MasterCard/Visa and Paypal for online orders. We do not currently accept American
Express. As buyer, you will bear all costs associated
with a disputed credit card charge which results in action from Techzam's merchant account provider, otherwise known as
"chargebacks," through MasterCard or Visa. Refund on purchases made by credit card will
only be credited to that same account. Other
methods of payment (such as personal checks, money orders) may be accepted on a
case-by-case basis with prior credit verification. For fax orders, our number is

us at (805)388-1888. E-mail orders can
be sent to sales@techzam.com. Order documents and correspondence can be
mailed to Techzam Computer Services, Inc.;
Inventory
We offer thousands of new, refurbished and hard-to-find parts, peripherals and systems
for Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Point-of-Sale Equipment and Computers
from dozens of manufacturers. If you
don’t find something, just call one of our knowledgeable and friendly sales
professionals. If we don’t have it, they
will be happy to aid you in finding it.
Back Orders
Techzam does NOT usually accept back orders for items ordered online. If the item(s) you ordered are unavailable,
we will inform you (e-mail) that we cannot complete your order. If ordering by credit card, your account will
not be charged. If the inventory ran out
during the shipping process, we will refund the amount for that item back to
your credit card. For items that you
wish to be back ordered, please contact our sales
department.
Domestic Shipping
After your order is sent, you will automatically receive an email confirming
that your order was placed. This email
will also contain your order number and other information regarding your order. If placed prior to 11 A.M. PST on business
days, most orders are shipped the same day that they are received. (See our business hours). Please call our sales department to confirm
same-day shipping, Next Day AM shipping, Next Day
shipping and any other special shipping terms, requests or requirements. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or freight
forwarders.
Returns and Restocking
Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges and
warranty repair services. We accept returns and exchanges fourteen (14) days
from date of purchase. Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
These non-returnable, non-refundable products include: Special order items,
CPU's & memory not installed by Techzam technicians, labor, software,
opened & used printers, media, test equipment, batteries, custom assemblies,
and any item modified, altered, defaced or missing packaging with original
contents. A 25% restocking fee may be charged on returned product.
Techzam agents or employees are not authorized to modify or
deviate from this warranty, nor make additional warranties binding on Techzam.
A Return Merchandise Authorization is required (RMA) prior to
returning merchandise. Otherwise, it
will be returned to you unopened. Please
contact Techzam's customer service department at
sales@Techzam.com or at 805-388-3455 in the event you wish to return an
order. They can provide you with
details about the method required to return your merchandise.
International Ordering
Techzam welcomes international orders.
International orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on
payment methods, shipping methods and both domestic and international
laws. Wire transfer is the preferred
payment method. Credit Cards will be
accepted in some cases with approval by the Techzam management. All listed prices are in US dollars. All fees and duties associated with orders
will not be included in the listed shipping cost, but will be due to the local
customs agency in order to receive the items(s).
International Shipping
Please contact our sales department for special international shipping
arrangements. International sales and
shipping are subject to approval of Techzam management pursuant to domestic and
international laws.

at www.techzam.com. By ordering any merchandise via the Site, you signify your
acceptance of these Ordering Policies, as may be amended or supplemented from
time to time. Please print a copy of this agreement for your records.
These Ordering Policies are intended to
supplement the Website Terms of Use Agreement.
To the extent there is any conflict or contradiction between these
Ordering Policies and the Website Terms of Use, these Ordering Policies shall
take precedence and control.

Product Display
Techzam endeavors to display the products
featured on this Site as accurately as possible. Please note that the colors
displayed, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular
computer monitor, will affect the colors actually see on the screen. Techzam
cannot be responsible for the limitations of your computer or monitor's display
of any color, texture, or detail of actual merchandise. For optimal viewing, we recommend setting
using Internet Explorer with your monitor’s resolution set to 800 x 600 or
better. Techzam is not responsible for
errors in typography and photography.
Product Pricing
Prices, products, and descriptions on this
site are subject to change without notice. Techzam is not responsible for
typographical errors. To ensure pricing is correct, please contact us at

Order Cancellation
If an item is currently out of stock, on backorder of cannot be shipped for any reason, we will send an email (to the address specified on your order) indicating the reason(s) that we must cancel the order. Our sales staff will attempt to provide alternatives and suggestions that may complete a future order.
Trademarks
The Site is protected by copyright, trademark,
trade dress and other intellectual property rights. The Techzam mark, Techzam
and Design logo, and other trademarks, service marks, labels, product names and
service names (collectively, the "Marks") are owned or licensed by
Techzam. All products are solely registered and unregistered trademarks of
their respective manufacturers. You agree not to copy, display or otherwise use
any of the Marks without the prior written permission of Techzam.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Marks may not be used in any manner likely
to cause confusion, disparage or dilute these marks and/or in connection with
any product or service that is not authorized, sponsored, endorsed by, or
affiliated with Techzam.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TECHZAM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED
TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE WARRANTIES SET
Waiver and Limitation of Liability
Techzam offers a 30-day limited warranty
(unless otherwise specified for a specific item), which covers defects in
materials or workmanship in originally purchased product from date of original
purchase. Techzam’s sole obligation under this
warranty is product replacement or repair at Techzam’s
sole discretion.
You hereby acknowledge that the warranty and
the accompanying obligations and liabilities of Techzam are exclusive. You hereby waive all other remedies, warranties,
guarantees or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise,
whether or not occasioned by the negligence of Techzam. You acknowledge by your use of products
ordered via the Site that your use of the products and any reliance upon them
is at your sole risk, and that you assume full responsibility for all costs
associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in
connection with the products.
TECHZAM PRICES ITS PRODUCTS UPON THE
UNDERSTANDING, AND YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THE UNDERSTANDING, THAT NEITHER
TECHZAM NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY FORM OF
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, STATUTORY, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT DAMAGES
OF WHATEVER KIND OR TYPE ARISING FROM ANY TYPE OF COMMERCIAL, BUSINESS,
ENVIRONMENTAL, TORT, WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER CAUSES
ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCT AND/OR

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR CONSUMER USE AS DEFINED BY 15 U.S. C. ¤ 2301.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TECHZAM OR ITS AFFILIATES BE
LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES WHICH EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS
PURCHASED BY YOU. SOME LAWS MIGHT NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES ON
PURCHASES FOR CONSUMER USE SO ONE OR MORE OF THESE
LIMITATIONS MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Follow all instructions and heed all warnings
accompanying any product ordered from the Site.
YOU AGREE NOT TO JOIN IN ANY LAWSUIT WITH
ANOTHER PERSON OR SERVE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OF ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
AGAINST TECHZAM OR ITS AFFILIATES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF
PRODUCTS ORDERED VIA THE SITE.
Governing Law and Venue
This Web site (excluding linked sites) is
controlled by Techzam from its offices within the State of
Severability
If any provision of these Ordering Policies is
deemed unlawful, void, voidable or unenforceable for
any reason, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Ordering
Policies and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining
provisions.
Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
COMPLETELY HARMLESS TECHZAM AND ITS AFFILIATES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS,
DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING FROM OR
RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED VIA THE SITE.
Modification
Techzam may change these Ordering Policies at
any time. Any change is effective immediately upon its posting on the
Site. You agree that you will be bound
by these Ordering Policies, however and whenever changed, whether you have
actual or constructive notice of, and whether you have ordered, used or
received products after, the changes.
